Magnetic Stethoscope Holder

steth ‘n go – The True Magnetic Stethoscope Holder – Built to Last. There is NO LEATHER & NO VELCRO in this product. It contains two pieces that are light weight: (1) magnetic hip clip (0.90 oz) (2) steel tube clip (0.20 oz). The hip clip is made out of a durable, flexible strong plastic material with a sleek looking design that can comfortably be placed over a belt or a waistband. It can be placed in front of the leg or directly on the hip. Attachment of a stethoscope occurs between the galvanized steel tube clip that is placed on the tubing and the magnetic hip clip. A stethoscope is secured to the hip clip using both magnetic and mechanical mechanisms such that it can only be detached in one direction. Compatible with most stethoscopes (e.g. Littmann stethoscopes such as the Classic III, Cardiology 3, Cardiology 4, Master Cardiology; Welch Allyn stethoscopes). It is NOT compatible with Lightweight Littmann, Littmann Classic II, and Electronic Stethoscopes by 3M Littmann, steth ‘n go requires an individual to perform two simple steps. (Step 1) with eartips pointing away, a proper fold must occur. (Step 2) the steel piece is brought in close proximity to the magnetic hip clip and with a slight push into the hip clip a magnetic click can be heard. A stethoscope is attached to the hip clip by a single magnetic point, therefore a stethoscope will hang freely. This setup allows for easy attachment and detachment to occur. To detach, all it takes is a single finger by placing it underneath the steel piece and pushing inward and up.
