30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong tube clip size, contact us immediately at team@stethngo.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is due to a product defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the cost of replacement or shipping as appropriate.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the magnetic component.

If the magnetic component becomes defective, please email team@stethngo.com with:

  • A photo of the defect

  • Your order information

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement magnetic component.

Replacement Parts

If you need a replacement part (including magnetic components or other individual parts), please email team@stethngo.com with:

  • Your order information

  • The specific part needed

  • A photo if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide next steps, including pricing and shipping details if the replacement is not covered under warranty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
